About Property Response 24
In 2006, we identified the need for a personalised, expert, professional yet caring, out-of-hours service. Exclusively dedicated to the property sector, we partner with housebuilders, property factors, block management companies, social housing charities, and other sectors UK-wide, protecting their brands and reputations 24/7.
Our exceptional team and commitment to care have driven our organic growth across the UK through word-of-mouth recommendations.
Here’s what sets us apart
We build long-term relationships by nurturing our staff, who nurture our clients and partnerships. This dedication is evident in our service standards – when new clients partner with us, they stay with us.
Our team is our priority, reflected in our values that shape every decision and every interaction:

- Be respectful in how we work
- Be fair in what we do
- Be honest at all times
- Be together in how we operate
- Always listen and learn
- Always care and be passionate in our approach
- Be the solution
Beyond business, we’re proud to give back through charity partnerships
Our collaboration with The Catherine McEwan Foundation, supporting individuals affected by inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), is deeply rooted in a personal connection within our team. This partnership is inspired by the experiences of those close to us who have faced the challenges of living with Crohn’s disease or Colitis. Witnessing firsthand the impact of these conditions on patients and their families has motivated us to work alongside the Foundation in its mission to provide better treatment, care, and support. The Catherine McEwan Foundation is recognised for its commitment to funding pioneering research, improving access to specialist healthcare, and offering vital mental health and peer-to-peer support services for the IBD community.
We are proud to support Quarriers, Scotland’s leading social care charity, by participating in their annual Noel Lunch and contributing in other ways to their mission. Quarriers provides vital care and support to thousands of vulnerable individuals across Scotland, including children, adults with disabilities, families, and those affected by epilepsy. Our partnership with Quarriers reflects our commitment to helping transform lives and address social inequalities.
If you have a charity partnership and want us to help, get in touch and let’s make a difference together.
